Derviş Muhammed

Derviş Muhammed hazretleri, evliyanın büyüklerindendir. Silsile-i aliyyenin yirmincisidir.

Ruh ilimlerinde mütehassıs idi. Büyük âlim ve kâmil bir veli olan dayısı Kâdi Muhammed Zâhid'in derslerinde yetişti. Dayısına talebe olmadan önce, on beş sene nefsinin isteklerinden kurtulmak için mücadele etmiş ve insanlardan uzak yaşamıştı.

Bir gün ellerini açıp, acizliğini ve çaresizliğini Allahü teâlâya yalvararak arz etmişti. Aniden Hızır aleyhisselam gelip; "Eğer sabır ve kanaat istiyorsan, Muhammed Zâhid'in hizmet ve sohbetine kavuşmakta acele et. O sana sabır ve kanaati öğretir" buyurdu. Hemen Muhammed Zâhid'in yüksek huzuruna varıp, orada ilim tahsil etti. Güzel terbiye görüp, kemale geldi. Hocası ona, insanlara doğru yolu anlatmak, ebedi olan Cehennem azabından kurtaracak şeyleri bildirmek için hilafet verdi. Hocasının vefatından sonra yerine geçip, Semerkand'da, doğru yoldan ayrılanlarla ve dine sonradan sokulan bid’atlerle uğraştı. Bid’atleri yok etti. Çok veli yetiştirdi.

İnsanları Allahü teâlânın yoluna çağırmada çok gayret gösterdi. Talebelerinin terbiyesi hususunda, insan üstü bir kuvvet ve gayrete sahipti. İmam-ı Rabbani hazretlerinin dünyaya gelmesinden bir sene önce, vefat etti. İnsanları irşad için yetiştirdiği yüksek talebeleri pek çoktur. Bunların en büyüğü, oğlu Hâce Muhammed Emkenegi'dir.

Rasûlullah (sall-Allâhu ’alaihi wa sallam) stated,
“When fitna and fasâd (mischief, instigation) become rife among my Ummat (Muslims),
a person who adheres to my Sunnat will attain thawâb (blessings, rewards in the Hereafter)
equal to the total sum of the thawâb that will be given to a hundred people who have attained martyrdom.”
Adherence to the Sunnat is possible only by learning and abiding by the books of the scholars of Ahl as-Sunnat.
The scholars affiliated in any one of the four Madhhabs of Muslims are scholars of Ahl as-Sunnat. Imâm a’zam Abû Hanîfa Nu’mân bin Thâbit is the leader of the scholars of Ahl as-Sunnat.

I learn to read the Quran

It causes one to earn many thawâbs [rewards] to learn, to teach and to read the Qur'ân al-karîm. One must learn how to read the Qur'ân al-karîm compatibly with tajwîd [Tajwîd is the branch of knowledge teaching how to read the Qur’ân al-kerîm correctly]. One should try to read or recite it every day even a little!

Great for Silsile-i Aliyye

The silsila (chain) which includes such religious superiors as Bahaaddîn-i Bukhârî, Imâm-i Rabbânî, and Mawlâna Khâlid-i Baghdâdî is termed Silsila-i ‘Aliyya, which means the Exalted Chain. It is also termed Silsilat-uz-Zahab, which means the Golden Chain.

Namâz is the main pillar of the religion. He who performs his namâzes constantly, correctly and completely will have set up his religion and he will have made the building of Islam stay intact. Those who do not perform namâz will have demolished their religion and the building of Islam. Our Prophet “sall-Allâhu ’alaihi wa sallam” said, “The head of our religion is namâz.” As no human can live without a head, it is not possible to have religion without namâz.
